// Who I am

I’m a junior college student studying abroad in Australia. I was born in Omaha, Nebraska and was raised in Atkins, Iowa for most of my life. Currently I attend Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska as a Director of Christian Education major with the hopes of traveling the world someday! My dad is a Lutheran pastor and my mom helps out at Central Lutheran School. My sister graduated nursing school in May of 2015 and now works at a hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. My family is so important to me… I couldn’t be more grateful for their love and support!
Basically my faith, my family, and my wonderful friends are the foundation for my life. I have such an amazing support system and want to thank every one of them for encouraging me to chase my dreams!

The Bible verse under the title of my blog sums up who I hope to be. I aspire every day to be a person of faith, value, and character no matter where I go. Though I know life can be challenging and the future is unknown, I choose to live every day knowing that God is in control. I am able to enjoy His beautiful creation and share His Love with everyone I meet– laughing joyously and vibrantly without fear.
